Biblical Disability - The untouchables

The bible is quite clear on the status of disabled people. They are excluded from many rights and many obligations. As soon as a person became disabled they lost privileges too. Jesus, however, went against the book. he touched lepers and even dead bodies.

Society has always sidelined the disabled and today is no different. We are watching the progress in terms of disabled rights, slowly erode as ever-increasingly conservative governance does away with progressive legislation.
