Homelessness - Are we "letting" this happen>

Homelessness has possibly been one of the most visible changes in recent times. We are seeing more and certainly younger homeless people on the streets. What is so striking is that many of them are very young and they are there because society can no longer catch them as they fall.

We are not talking only about issues surrounding alcohol and drug abuse. We are looking at children that can no longer stay safely in their homes.
